Professor Goodrich was recently awarded a grant from the Professional Staff Congress of the City University of New York (PSC-CUNY) to study melt inclusions trapped in early-crystallized minerals in meteorites that come from Mars.  The information obtained from these inclusions may help us understand volcanic processes on that planet.
