| The
BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES and HUMAN SERVICES department offers courses
in the disciplines of anthropology, psychology, and sociology. These courses
satisfy college degree and program requirements for the Group IV category.
The department also houses three separate degree programs: Early Childhood Education, Education Associates, and Mental Health and Human Services. A new program, Substance Abuse and Alcohol Counseling, leads to eligibility for New York State Certification as a counselor in this area.
