All events taking place in the Performing Arts Facilities MUST have printed tickets.
All tickets MUST be printed by Kingsborough Community College
Client will be responsible for printing cost: $ 100.00 (full set of tickets) PER performance
All clients must present a certificate of insurance naming Kingsborough Community College, The City University of New York, The City of New York, The State of New York AND The Kingsborough Community College Auxiliary Enterprises (5 separate entities) as additional insured.
Minimum policy must have at least $1 million per occurrence $2 million aggregate.
The basic rental is for an 8 hour period (7am - Midnight only other hours will incur overtime charges of time and a half), which will include load-in, set-up, performance and load-out. If additional time is needed in same day, an hourly charge of $ 150.00 PLUS TECHNICIANS cost will be assessed. If a rehearsal period is needed, before the day of performance, there will be an extra charge based on a 4 hour period.
