KCTL is
committed to supporting faculty research in their disciplines
and to fostering a culture of scholarship of teaching and
learning. To that end, KCTL organizes a Faculty Forum each
semester, where faculty can present research-in-progress;
and administers the President's Faculty Innovation Grant.
