Schedule for Open Lab(L-100, Cyber Lounge M-200)
During the Spring and Fall semesters coverage for L100 is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, Friday hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Saturday and Sunday coverage is from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

During the Summer and Winter modules coverage for L100 is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, Friday hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with the exception of six Fridays where the college is closed during the Summer. There are no weekend library hours during these modules.

The Cyber Lounge (M200) is open Monday through Thursday all year from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm and the number to call is 718.368.6681.

Schedule for Academic Computing Office(M224)
Office hours in M224 are Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. Our office number is 718.368.5353. Weekend hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and that office number is 718.368.4554 or 718.368.5233.

Schedule for Student Helpdesk
Student Helpdesk is located in L117.

Walk-in support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in L-117 (with the exception of the 6 Fridays the college is closed during the Summer module).

After 4:00 pm, you may visit the Cyber Lounge (M-200), Monday through Thursdays till 10:00 pm where someone will be able to assist you.

Schedule for Weekend Technical Support
Weekend Technical Support is available during Spring, Fall and Winter Semester. The weekend support person is Abbas Uddin and his office is located in S220.His extension is 5233 and his hours are Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
