Title: Assistant Professor/Program Director of Surgical Technology

Short Role Description:
Oversee daily operations of the surgical technology program, including the organization, administration, continuous review, planning, compliance, development, supervision of faculty and teaching strategies and implementation of general effectiveness of the program to ensure students receive a valuable learning experience and are well prepare to pass their NBSTSA National Exam successfully.

Accomplishments/Awards:
NBSTA Certified Surgical Technology with 25 years of clinical experience and over 15 years training students in the field of surgical technology. Awarded with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Inducted to Psi-Chi Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Authored several articles published at AST Journal. Seasonal speaker at AST local and national conferences.
