Biography

ROBERT MONACO  is a Senior CLT in the Theatre Arts Program and has been designing scenery and working as an associate designer for over fifteen years, designing and assisting on many shows in the greater metropolitan area. As a prop artisan, Robert has worked on numerous Broadway shows fabricating and painting properties and scenic elements for such currently running shows as OrphansCinderellaNewsies, and Matilda. In 2011, Robert directed and designed M his adaptation of Macbeth for three actors in the NYfringe festival. Robert has an associates from Suffolk County Community College, a BFA from Rutgers University, and an MFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. He is a member of the local 829.
