Employees are encouraged to use annual leave accruals during the annual leave year period (September 1, 2008 to August 31, 2009) in which earned.
Employees will observe holidays as listed above. Those normally scheduled to be off on an observed holiday will be paid straight time pay for the day or a compensatory day. Hours of work are those designated by the College or unit and cannot be changed or amended without the approval of the President or his/her designee.
All information contained in this schedule is subject to modification to reflect collective bargaining agreements between the respective union and The City University of New York or to reflect Labor Law Determinations applicable to The City University of New York.
