Cancellation/Substitution/Refund Policy:
Refunds less a $25 processing fee per registrant are available, if requested in writing, by June 1. No refunds after June 1. Substitutions welcome at any time upon notification in writing to Madeline Britt Fax: (212) 475-2972 before June 29.
Discounted Registration Fees:
