KCC has a variety of options available for phone and web conferencing. Whether it is a dedicated speakerphone, 3-Way Calling, or full phone and web conferencing with 10+ parties, we have the technology to suit your needs. It can even be recorded and saved for later review.

To reserve a conference speakerphone, have your chairperson or director e-mail: telecomservices@kbcc.cuny.edu*

For phone conferencing using 3-Way Calling (no recording option): While connected to your first party, press Recall/Flash/Conf to get a second dial tone. Dial your second party and press Recall/Flash/Conf to connect all 3 parties together.

For phone conferencing involving 4 to 6 different participants (callers), have your chairperson or director e-mail: telecomservices@kbcc.cuny.edu (no recording option)*
