Ticketed Performances
• All ticket sales are final. A $2 handling fee applies to every ticket order. No tickets shall be held without full payment.
• Tickets can be exchanged for a different event of the same price or less, based on availability, for a fee of $5 per ticket for non-subscribers. Present your tickets to the Box Office at least 72 hours before the show. No exchanges permitted after an event has occurred; no exchanges for lost tickets.
• To report lost tickets, call 718.368.5596 or speak to the box office manager the day of the show. Replacement tickets are issued with valid ID for a fee of $2 per ticket for non-subscribers.
• Ticket orders are filled first-come, first-served.
• Patrons wishing to sit together must order their tickets at exactly the same time.
• Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket and an assigned seat. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note the listed age recommendations. You may consult with our staff, but ultimately you are responsible for deciding if a show is appropriate for you and your family.
• If management cancels a performance, you will receive a full refund or credit toward another event. Handling and convenience charges are non-refundable.

Seating
• Doors to the lobby open one hour before the performance; seating begins 30 minutes before the show. Note that late rehearsals and technical problems can cause delays.
• Late seating is solely at the discretion of the management. Out of respect for artists and audiences, latecomers will be admitted only if there is a suitable break in the performance. Ticketed seat locations are not guaranteed past curtain time.

Special Needs
• Venues and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Tell security staff at the campus entrance if you require wheelchair parking.
• Assistive listening devices for hearing impaired patrons are available in most venues.
• Please inform the box office of your special needs when purchasing tickets.

Courtesy
Out of respect for artists and audiences:
• Cellular phones, pagers, and other electronic devices must be turned off in the theatre.
• Patrons who talk or are otherwise disruptive may be ejected without refund.
• Parents may be asked to remove disruptive children.
• Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in the theatre. Violators may be ejected without refund.
