• Seats assigned in order of receipt. Subscribers get priority until September 14.
• Single ticket orders will be mailed out starting September 17.
• Ticket orders received at least seven business days before the performance will be mailed. Other orders can be picked up at the box office with valid ID from Monday to Friday, 1 – 5 pm, or at the venue one hour before show time.
• Seasonal residents: Make sure to provide us with your alternate shipping address if you wish your tickets mailed to you out-of-state.
• Groups of 10 or more get discounts! So do seniors, students, KCC staff, and KCC Alumni Association members. See “House Policies” or contact the box office at 718.368.5596.

Ticketed Performances
All ticket sales are final. A $2 handling fee applies to every ticket order. No tickets shall be held without full payment.
• Tickets can be exchanged for a different event of the same price or less, based on availability, for a fee of $5 per ticket for non-subscribers. Present your tickets to the Box Office at least 72 hours before the show. No exchanges permitted after an event has occurred; no exchanges for lost tickets.
• To report lost tickets, call 718.368.5596 or speak to the box office manager the day of the show. Replacement tickets are issued with valid ID for a fee of $2 per ticket for non-subscribers.
• Ticket orders are filled first-come, first-served.
• Patrons wishing to sit together must order their tickets at exactly the same time.
• Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket and an assigned seat. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note the listed age recommendations. You may consult with our staff, but ultimately you are responsible for deciding if a show is appropriate for you and your family.
• If management cancels a performance, you will receive a full refund or credit toward another event. Handling and convenience charges are non-refundable.

Tickets for FREE events
Free Sundays: Free tickets are distributed at the venue one hour before each concert.
Free Best-Selling Author Series: Call 718.368.5051 to reserve tickets.

Ticket Discounts
Present a valid ID and get a ticket discount if you are:
• Age 65 or over
• A student
• KCC Alumni Association Members
• Kingsborough staff or faculty

Ticket prices and discounts vary per show. Only one discount permitted per purchase; discounts are not retroactive. Call the box office at 718.368.5596 for more information.

Group Sales
Discounts available for groups of 10 or more. Pre- and post-show room rentals available for parties. Call 718.368.5596 for tickets and room reservations.

Seating
• Doors to the lobby open one hour before the performance; seating begins 30 minutes before the show. Note that late rehearsals and technical problems can cause delays.
• Late seating is solely at the discretion of the management. Out of respect for artists and audiences, latecomers will be admitted only if there is a suitable break in the performance. Ticketed seat locations are not guaranteed past curtain time.

Special Needs
• Venues and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Tell security staff at the campus entrance if you require wheelchair parking.
• Assistive listening devices for hearing impaired patrons are available in most venues.
• Please inform the box office of your special needs when purchasing tickets.

Courtesy
Out of respect for artists and audiences:
• Cellular phones, pagers, and other electronic devices must be turned off in the theatre.
• Patrons who talk or are otherwise disruptive may be ejected without refund.
• Parents may be asked to remove disruptive children.
• Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in the theatre. Violators may be ejected without refund.
