More than 100 faculty, staff and students enjoyed an educational day cruise in New York Harbor.A class on the history of New York's Harbor was taught by Kingsborough Professor, Dr. Morty Wagman.

The brand new ship, the "Atlantis" was sailed by students in the Maritime Technology Program at the college under the direction of Kingsborough Professor, Captain Tony Dilernia.

Kingsborough President, Dr. Regina S. Peruggi presented an award to Captain Fred Ardolino, the captain and owner of the 'Atlantis' for his many years of service to the college.
