JOIN THE MORE THAN 5,000 ALUMNI OF KINGSBOROUGH COMMUNITY COLLEGE IN BROOKLYN WHO NOW LIVE IN NEW JERSEY - ON TUESDAY, MAY 16th AT THE HYATT REGENCY IN NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - GARDEN STATE BALLROOM: 5:30 PM TO 7:30 PM

Brooklyn N.Y. - Kingsborough Community College located in Brooklyn, U.S.A., is holding its inaugural gathering of New Jersey Alumni on Tuesday, May 16 th at the Hyatt Regency, New Brunswick, NJ, in the Garden State Ballroom from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Light refreshments will be served and admission is free.

The new President of KCC, Dr. Regina S. Peruggi says, “Although you live in New Jersey, we hope that there remains a piece of your heart that fondly remembers Brooklyn and your experience at Kingsborough Community College. Over the past year, we have been trying to reconnect with our alumni through our Homecoming Celebration, faculty retiree’s luncheon, newsletters and small group gatherings. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that I invite you to join us at the first reception for the New Jersey Kingsborough Alumni.”

“Kingsborough, like Brooklyn itself is experiencing a renaissance. There is a surge of vitality, from our academic programs to our influx of talented and committed students. Over a hundred new faculty have been hired in the last three years. Research grants at the college are over $5 million, with two of our faculty recently selected to participate in the examination of the comet ”stardust” that has just been brought to earth. We are proud of what has been accomplished and want you to share that pride as well.
