The Village Center for Enrollment services

Attention Spring 2010 Applicants: You must apply in person by bringing all required official documents listed below to the Village Center in Room V100 as soon as possible. Please note that space is limited for the Spring 2010 semester.

We will begin to accept Spring 2010 applications on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at the Village Center in Room V100. Please bring all required documents listed below with you at the time of application.

Fall 2010 Applicants: You may apply now, online at http://www.cuny.edu.

Note: If you attended a high school or college abroad please call 718 368 4600 for college admission details.

Please act now and read carefully: Applicants are required to submit the following original documents (copies of your documents will be made)


Freshman (never attended college):

  • Official/Original High School diploma or G.E.D including scores.
  • High school graduates must submit an official transcript or have their public high school identification number (os).
  • A $65.00 personal check or money order (payable to the University Application Processing Center) or credit card (Visa or Master Card); sorry no cash.
  • Proof of Immunization for Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR’s) if you are born on or after January 1, 1957 MMR's (including a Meningococcal Meningitis response form).
  • Please call the Office of Health Services at 718-368-5684 for the free immunization clinic schedule or further clarification of immunization requirements.

Transfer Applicant (attended a college, university or institution/trade school anywhere in the United States.
Submit the following documents in person to room V-100:

Official college transcript(s) must be submitted in a seal envelope and if transferring with under 24 completed credits an official high school official transcript or G.E.D diploma and score is required.

  • A $70.00 personal check or money order (payable to the University Application Processing Center (U.A.P.C.) or credit card (VISA or Master card, sorry no cash).
  • Proof of Immunization for Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR’s) if you are born on or after January 1, 1957 MMR's (including a Meningococcal Meningitis response form) must be completed and signed before selecting classes.
  • Please call the Office of Health Services at 718-368-5684 for the free immunization clinic schedule or further clarification of immunization requirements
