Hours of Operation
Our hours of operation during E-SIMS registration periods are:
Monday and Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm
Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30am - 8:00pm
Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Our hours of operation during non E-SIMS registration, through the deletion date:
Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Hours of operation differ during the module; please call the Help Center for additional information.

To Facilitate the Handling of your Call:
When calling the eSIMS Help Center with a problem inquiry,
- Be prepared to provide details of the problem you are experiencing, have your Kingsborough assigned ID number within reach.
When calling the eSIMS Help Center with a general question or inquiry,
- Be prepared to identify yourself as well as the full scope of your inquiry.

Getting Help
The mission of the eSIMS Help Center is to provide real-time support to students as they navigate the CUNY/eSIMS online registration system.
Our goal is to empower students to complete their registration transaction in an expeditious online format.
The eSIMS Help Center staff is positioned to achieve this goal by serving as a repository for answers to questions regarding a student ability to register.
By empowering students with information during eSIMS registration students have the opportunity to clear those issues/items, which are identified as possible barriers to completing the online registration process.
The Job of the Help Center Staff is to help Students:
- Navigate the eSIMS online registration system
- Help students identify Stops that may be an impediment to a successful registration transaction, such as Test, Immunization, CUNY Proficiency Exam, etc.
- Process special permission requests for prerequisite or restriction waivers
- Process special permission to register for an overload or excess number of credits
Overload or Excess credits are defined as: 12 Week semester = 19+ credits, 6 Week module = 9+credits
- Connect students to other Kingsborough on-campus offices and resources
- Provide up-to-date information on policies and procedures as related to the current term registration
- Respond to eSims e-mail inquiries in a timely fashion
- Identify other CUNY online resources
- Serve as a college-wide resource for registration related information
