Educational Workshops

During the Spring 2008 semester, the Counseling Resource Center held a series of psychoeducational workshops which was titled the "Welness Workshop Series". The workshop titles were as follows: “Bringing Joy to Your Life”, “Feeling Better About Myself: A Beginners Guide to Self Esteem”, and “Understanding and Managing Anxiety”. It is our goal to run similar workshops again during the fall 2008 semester. We would also like to hold other informational and discussion sessions on various mental health issues such as depression and suicide. We also aim to provide workshops on the following academic related issues such as time management and test anxiety.
