Academic Dismissal

At the end of the Fall 2007-A term, students who receive a letter of ACADEMIC DISMISSAL from Kingsborough Community College are not eligible to continue for the Spring 2008 semester.  Students who are registered for the Winter 2007-B are encouraged to complete their module courses. 

The deadline for filing an appeal for reinstatement to the Spring 2008-A term is Friday, February 1, 2008, 3 pm. 

All written appeals should be addressed to:

Appeals may be left with the Registrar’s Office in Room A-101.

Students who improve their grades over the winter module will not be automatically reinstated; all students must file a written appeal.
