Academic Dismissal

At the end of the fall term, students who receive a letter of ACADEMIC DISMISSAL from Kingsborough Community College are not eligible to continue for the spring semester. Students who are registered for the winter are encouraged to complete their module courses. 

The deadline for filing an appeal for reinstatement to the Spring 2010-A term is Monday, February 8, 2010, 3 pm.

All written appeals should be addressed to:

Appeals may be left with the Registrar’s Office in Room A-101.

Students who improve their grades over the winter module will not be automatically reinstated; all students must file a written appeal.
