Highlights
TEC 08230 -- Adobe Flash/Web Dev (3 crs. 4 hrs.)
Adobe Flash is vector graphic development program that allows you to develop powerful and interactive graphics and web based content. Topics covered will include from basic animated drawings to interactive web sites.
Prerequisite: TEC 53 or Department permission

An A.A.S. degree is also offered in Website Development and Administration. This course of study introduces students to professional techniques for developing and maintaining websites for small and large businesses. It includes courses in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, HTML, and JavaScript.

Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.)

The Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree is awarded upon satisfactory completion of the required credits in Office Administration and Technology. The Program offers several options for its majors: Executive, Legal, Medical, School, and Word/Information Processing. There is great demand for graduates of the Program. They are employed in law firms, hospitals, business offices, and schools throughout the metropolitan area.

In addition, an A.A.S. degree is offered in Website Development and Administration. This course of study introduces students to professional techniques for developing and maintaining websites for small and large businesses. It includes courses in eBusiness, Dreamweaver, Illustrator,Photoshop, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript.

    Degree Requirements for
    Matriculants
    • This course of study provides graduates with the skills required to work in medical offices and hospitals in the metropolitan area. Students are trained in keyboarding and software skills as well as medical terminology, medical forms, medical billing, and coding.Graduates will have the knowledge and ability required for entry-level employment in the health clerical worker field.
