Subject: High Importance: Everbridge Token Restriction Launch

Hello all,

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

If a student or an employee answers any Everbridge Screening question in error and subsequently receive a red checkmark/token, they will be restricted from coming  to campus. If a red token was received, employees are responsible for informing their supervisors and students are responsible for informing their professors.

They will not be allowed to retake the Everbridge screening questions.

They will be required to quarantine for 14 days before being allowed to come back to campus and they will be required to provide HR with a Doctor’s note or negative COVID-19 test results.

**Essential workers will be able to return to campus after 3 days if they provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test results.

As always, your health and safety are our priority.  We ask that you continue to practice social distancing, proper handwashing, and wear a mask. As we continue in Phase I, we ask that you do not come to campus unless it is absolutely necessary to do so.
