Registered Nurse for 22 years, clinical experience includes Adjunct lecturer, Surgical Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, and Medical Surgical Nursing. Earned Diploma Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife Grenada School of Nursing: BSN, MSN (Ed), Chamberlain University.
DNP healthcare System Leadership with Distinction at Chamberlain University.
Careen’s philosophy of teaching is to create an environment that has a supportive learning culture, engaging learning strategies, evidence-based nursing, respect, critical thinking. These principles will help students exercise sound clinical judgement which will allow nurses to optimize exceptional quality care outcomes for all patients.
