Graphic Design & Illustration

The Graphic Design and Illustration concentration offers students a comprehensive program of study in the visual arts in preparation for the field of graphic design and illustration. The curriculum provides students the opportunity to engage with industry-standard practices and software in order to develop a skill-set crucial for entry-level positions within the field or transfer to a four-year institution.

The program features three state-of-the art Mac labs, as well as open lab time and laptop loans to allow students to complete work outside of class.

Software includes: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Toon Boom Harmony (Animation), Cinema 4D (Animation), Figma (UX).

Additional concentrations are available for students looking to study the fields of Animation or UX Design.

Students can choose one of the following options for their major:
Graphic Design and Illustration
Graphic Design and Illustration (Animation Concentration)
Graphic Design and Illustration (UX Concentration)
